We booked the large party hall for eid al adha and booked a room to stay for the night. The housekeeping staff members, front desk employees, and the concierge were lovely and efficient. Housekeeping was spot on when we asked for extra towels and pillows. The wait wasn't very long. Checking in was smooth and fast. Wifi was at a good speed. Despite having a miscommunication on our part the bellhop was kind enough to move our baggage and evening dresses to another room. Parking was alright there's a vacant sandpit parking area out front Hotel Manager and Waiters were very accommodating and listened well to all our request for the event. Party hall was well decorated and we added a few of our personal touches. Ambience was well suited and fits the theme of the night. Service and support from staff(Waiters,cleaners and hotel manager) were on point. Menu list was okay and food was alright in terms of the size of portions, quality and value of the money we paid. Room we checked in was standard assigned to 2 people yet it was large enough to fit 4 more people and amenities were complete. Electrical systems and plumbing was okay including the locks for security and privacy.

I stayed 7 days in this hotel. The staff is very respectful and friendly. Wonderful people. The food at the restaurant is very tasty, I liked it. They even have some very friendly cats that cheer you up. You have useful facilities. The lifeguard is very kind and friendly. I came from Romania, and I will definitely come back with other friends.
